Thanks for setting up overleaf David.

Follow- up note (not urgent):
It works well, but it does not seem to have the commenting option (track changes etc.)
This is a premium (paid) feature of overleaf and to access it, there should be a "Review" button to the left of the "Share" button at the top
Would this not be available here because it is a recent update to overleaf or is it because not all the overleaf 'stuff' is there yet? Anyhow, if not possible to include, don't worry. It is certainly good to have this overleaf for 'compile time' issues that arise in the free version due to limits there that don't exist here in ws.kcnhub.
